When you cook with me, you will learn tricks that I use to make fussy eaters enjoy new foods and flavours. I explain the nutrition behind the ingredients and why I use certain healthier alternatives to make a meal.
I believe that our job as parents is to build resilient and healthy children. Seeing the joy in their faces when they create a meal or snack for the family and seeing that everyone loves eating their food is priceless. Everyone loves that feeling of accomplishment. If you aren't someone who has enjoyed cooking in the past, then you should give my classes a try. The videos are easy to follow and I don't make anything too serious! Most meals and snacks are simple and can be made without much mess or fuss.
You will recognise some of my recipes as healthy twists on family favourites. I have also added in some fresh ideas and cooking for larger families too! Each video tutorial comes with a beautifully presented Recipe PDF and equipment list. This way, you can prepare for your class and create your own recipe book for future reference.
